Weve used Luke now for years now in two houses and multiple rooms and hes the best. Fast at responding and fitting- and uses the best quality underlay and carpet weve ever had. Absolutely recommended- wouldnt use anyone else. Cheers mate!

Luke fitted Karndean herringbone flooring in our living room and hallway last week and it looks amazing. He was a true professional and worked straight through to keep to the 2 day timescale he promised. As well as being brilliant at his job he's also a very decent guy and I would recommend him in a heartbeat.

I completed a training day with Luke in December. The day went really well, I left feeling much more confident and impressed with all of the tips and tricks Luke showed me. 10/10, has completely transformed our kitchen. When discussing the flooring colours against the kitchen, Luke was so helpful with suggestions, bringing out the natural light in the room. The speed from enquiring to have the floor laid to the finished product was outstanding. All done within 3 days. (We were lucky with a cancellation). Couldn’t recommend a more professional and knowledgeable company to trust with your flooring. We have had our whole kitchen done and now all people are talking about is the floor !

From start to finish Luke has been spot on. Communication is excellent at all times. We couldn't have been more happier with Luke from the minute he came to the minute he left. Luke and his colleague turned up on Monday and before I knew it they had all the old carpet up and had started their meticulous work. Completed in just two days - the transformation is amazing. Quickstep throughout, with fresh carpet on the stairs only. Luke even Quickstepped a small extra area as a surprise to thoroughly complete the job - the whole place looks excellent (see the Floor Ninja's latest TikTok for video evidence!) Would highly recommend the Ninja and his team - fast, efficient, very tidy, and most importantly - does a very professional job! Luke is very proud of his work - and so he should be, the job is done to perfection (even with the dodgy 1960s wavy floorboards that he had to work with!) Highly recommended. Luke at Floor Ninja had his work cut out with my floor! I had an extension and new laminate wood floor fitted in September 2022 by my builder, after less than 6 months it started to lift, chip and was very noisy to walk on. Floor Ninja came to the rescue, they removed the faulty floor and fitted a new herringbone floor. They even had to raise the floor up to meet the kitchen cabinets and skirting before fitting could begin. The new floor is fantastic, silent to walk on and no gaps whatsoever. They are not the cheapest around, but their attention to detail, professionalism and pure quality of work was worth every penny!!! I would recommend them in a heartbeat to anyone. I have included one before photo showing how the old floor (6 months down) had lifted and a few of their great work after photos as well.

Luke & Dan were outstanding! We initially accepted another company’s quote on price, despite really wanting to work with Floor Ninja Ltd, but things didn’t go to plan when inexperienced tradesman blamed our product. Luke came round at short notice to give us a second opinion on the quality of the product and within a few weeks came back to install our product in the living room, dining room, hallways, primary bedroom and landing … in just 2 days!! The customer service, professionalism and quality of the work was outstanding. Luke is a true craftsman and is who you want to work with. We will most definitely be coming back to Luke for future projects. Worth every penny

Luke and his team have just installed carpets and Karndean flooring in our home and the results are amazing, we are really please with the result, our hallway, stairs. landing and lounge now look absolutely stunning.
